About Me
Hello third grade families! I'm extremely excited to work with everyone this year. I’m looking forward to learning all about your students and wanted to share a few things about me. I was born and raised in the area and attended school in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District. I received my Multiple Subject Credential and Master of Arts in Teaching from Saint Mary’s and have been teaching in the district at Live Oak since 2017. My first experience working at Live Oak started when I long term substituted for fourth grade. Then during the 2018/2019 school year I taught second grade here at Live Oak. After teaching second grade, I taught fifth grade for three years and now I am more than excited to be teaching third grade for the second year. When I'm not working I am spending time with my friends and family. I tend to spend a lot of my free time outside camping, hiking, swimming, dancing, playing soccer, or visiting local attractions. Some of my other favorite things to do include reading, watching movies, crafting, sewing, and attending local arts and craft fairs. Overall, I am excited to be rejoining the Live Oak family as a third grade teacher and can’t wait to learn more about you and your child.
